Skandia launches corporate pension scheme

Skandia International has launched the Skandia Executive Corporate Pension policy for the Swedish market allowing employers and their employees access to a wide choice of investment options within the scheme.

The pension is provided by Skandia Life Ireland and offers employees an open architecture investment proposition allied with a range of options in how benefits can be taken at retirement.

The Executive Corporate Pension’s ‘open architecture’ platform means customers can build their investment portfolio from virtually any asset type. There are a number of possible asset types which can be used in the scheme:
• stocks and shares or fixed interest securities
• any collective investment fund agreed by Skandia Life Ireland
• Eurobonds and various currency deposits
• structured products
• Skandia Ireland’s own range of managed funds, run by some of the world’s most prestigious fund management groups.
