There are numerous rumours circulating that Gibraltar is going to be removed from the HMRC Qrops list of jurisdictions. Similar to Singapore, Gibraltar is being accused of not following the HMRC rules and therefore in breach of its agreements. Stories from miss-selling to schemes allowing for large withdrawals are being heard. We will keep a close eye on this topic and update you very soon.
